Join us on Zoom Tuesday, December 7th at 4:00pm Eastern Time (U.S. and Canada,) as local Survivor Judit Price presents a lecture on Swedish diplomat and Holocaust hero, Raoul Wallenberg.

While serving as Sweden’s special envoy in Budapest between July and December 1944, Wallenberg issued protective passports and sheltered Jews in buildings designated as Swedish territory. In doing so, he saved thousands of Jewish people in German-occupied Hungary. One of them was Judit.

He was detained by the Red Army on January 17, 1945, and subsequently disappeared. Wallenberg was named Righteous Among the Nations for his heroic actions during the Holocaust.
